The POV Resale Lot

is across the street from the Lewis Spouses Club on the corner of Kaufman Ave and Pendleton Ave. For large vehicles, like RVs, please visit the American Lake Conference Center Parking lot at 8085 NCO Beach Rd. MAP

The JBLM Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) resale lot currently consists of 30 numbered spaces. These parking spaces constitute the only authorized public vehicle resale area on JBLM. Unit parking areas, or other public lots, are not authorized resale areas.

Authorized personnel desiring to use the JBLM Vehicle Resale Lot will report to the Northwest Adventure Center, 8050 NCO Beach Rd, with appropriate state registration and proof of insurance documentation. Vehicle owners displaying proper state and post registration documents and proof of insurance will be issued a JBLM Resale Lot Permit with an expiration date of 14 days from the date of issue. If space is unavailable in the lot at the time, the owner will not be issued a permit but will be added to a waiting list and notified as soon as space becomes available. Spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Upon issue of a permit, the authorized user will park his vehicle in the numbered space assigned and ensure that all property is removed from the vehicle and that the vehicle is properly secured. Permits will be displayed in a visible location on or in the vehicle.

Prior to 4 p.m. on the date of permit expiration, the vehicle owner will remove their vehicle from the resale lot and return the permit to the Arts and Crafts Center. If space is available, a new permit may be issues and the vehicle returned to the lot IAW para (c) above.
