Book Discussion Group

for adults will meet the 2nd Wed. of every month. Our next meeting is Nov. 12, 4:30 pm at the McChord Library. We will be discussing "The Food of a Younger Land" by Mark Kurlansky. A limited number of copies will be available. You must register in person at the McChord Library to receive a copy.

Nightmare Turned Into Reality Zombie Apocalypse Hits the Libraries! Ad

Teen Read Week is upon us and so are the zombies! It's an all out battle for control of the library! For one night only Oct 24 at Grandstaff Library, at 7:00pm teens and tweens will battle in a glow in the dark game of zombie tag inside the libraries. Prizes and snacks also included. Ages 11-18 Registration is required and begins October 10. Register online

Upcycle Craft Night

at the McChord Library. Every 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5pm starting November 19, and discover how anyone can make beautiful and useful things from recycled materials such as old magazines and old water bottles. This class is for those who are 18 and older. All materials will be provided. Please register for this event through the libraryby calling 253-982-3454.
