Fitness trainers are available to help you with your fitness goals or needs.  A Microfit Fitness Assessment and screening is required prior to utilizing this service.  To set up your Microfit appointment please call 253-966-3757.

Child Care

While you participate in fitness activities, on-site childcare is provided by CYS on a space-available basis.  Children must be registered at CYS and have an orientation at the childcare facility before making a reservation.  Food service will not be provided.  For more information on

Do you want to kick start new year by improving your fitness and be healty living? If your answer is yes, then challeging yourself in the JBLM TRX 90 challenge.
A new way to train is TRX supention training. Workouts give participants an edge over a pure protocol of conventional strength training. Why? Because every suspension training exercise builds true funtional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once.
Benefits of TRX suspension training is with a single piece equipment that can be set up anywhere, you can perform virtually an endless number of suspension training exercises to achieve any fitness or performance goal. Because you can instantly modify resistance by adjusting body position, suspension training workouts are safe and effective for people of all fitness levels.
The training will be held at Jensen Family Fitness Center
Monday–Friday 6:30–7:30 a.m., 10 a.m.–1 p.m. & 3–6:30 p.m.
