To ensure the safety of your children, families using any of the CYS Services programs must be registered annually.



Register General Information Age-specific CYSS services Registration Checklist Middle School-Teen Self-Registration Application		Eligibility: You must fall into one of the following categories that may be verified with your government ID card. (AR608-10, 1-6) Active Duty Service Members DOD Civilians DOD Contractors Reservist on active duty or in active duty personnell training Retirees * may only use Recreational Activities (Child Care, School Age, Middle School Teen Services are not permissible for Retirees AR 215-1,7-1)
Accessibility: Services are offered on Lewis Main, Lewis North and McChord Field. Several options for child/youth care are available on base and off base in centers and licensed homes. Affordablility: For child care and youth services there are military benefits on base and off base. Centers have a sliding scale based on income. All fees are substidized by the government up to 60%. Patrons may reduce their bill further through Family Covenant Benefits Chart benefits, the parent participation program and the hardship program with ACS.
