Holiday ParkOn Outer Drive, on east side of air field. Enter at main gate (Bridgeport Rd,rightoff the McChord exit, Interstate-5 freeway). Stay in right lane and take first right after entering base onto Fairway Road. Stay on this road until you come to a stop sign. Turn left onto Lincoln Blvd. Continue to the next stop sign. Turn right onto Outer Drive. Stay on this road until you see the Holiday Park sign on your right. Enter and follow one way road and note that the speed limit is now 10 mph. Holiday Park is a nine-acre area that containsFamCamp, the Pavilion and a private Scouting area. It has covered picnic shelters, tables, and grills. Holiday Park is open to all McChord patrons on a first-come, first-served basis for all picnic shelters. All FamCampers are limited to 240 days max. in a 12-month time period. The only reservable facility is the Pavilion with adjoining patio and covered BBQ area. Occasionally, large groups of RV campers or Command Functions may reserve the softball field area in advance in the summer months. Horse shoe pits and 2 volleyball courts are available. |
PavillionThe structure is double hexagon in shape with high ceilings of natural wood andfireplaces. It has 1 large party room that can be split in two. Seats up to 200. Additional chairs can be rented through Adventures Unlimited. Contains a kitchen facility with service windows. An outdoor barbecue grill is available upon request. Rental of the Holiday Park Pavilion is from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. Payment and completion of contract is required at time of reservation. $25 for the rental, $10 key deposit, $150 cleaning deposit. Once reserved, a full refund (minus $10 administration fee) will ONLY be made with a cancellation 10 days prior to the event. |

GazeboThe FamCamp Gazebo is available for Camper and Pavilion rental use. Three charcoal grills are located in the gazebo. This is a great place for the family BBQ. Pavilion rentals have first use of the gazebo, and after pavilion rentals is first- come, first-served. |

YurtFamCamp Yurt is available to rent on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The yurt has a double bed, futon eating table, and small desk. Rental rates are $15 per day, $100 per week, or $380 per month. |

RatesWe proudly participate in the Air ForceFrequent Camper Program, so inquire at the Park Office. Holiday Park FamCamp does not take reservations for RV or Tent sites. They are available on a first come, first served basis. Please use the drop box near the office bulletin board to make your payments after office hours. Note: DAV or other cards issued by the Department of Interior are not valid here. Monthly winter rates run from beginning to end of month or from start date to same date next month. |

RV Sites1-19 full sites have 50/30 and 20-amp service, water and sewage. Most sites will accommodate up to 40' RV. 20 - 37 sites have 30/20 amp service, and water. All W/E sites will accommodate any size RV. Please park vehicles on pavement only. Two vehicles per site; dollies can be stored free of charge in the overflow field. |

Tent SitesTent sites are for tent camping only, with a two-tent maximum. No sleeping in personal vehicles allowed. Any combination of truck canopy/conversion van must be camped in either a developed or dry site. Tent sites can be rented for $7 per day or $45 per week. |

Restrooms/Shower FacilitiesThis facility houses the camp restrooms, showers, and laundry facility. FamCampers are given a code when they register with Park personnel. Laundry machines are coin operated and soap is available to purchase in the laundry facility. |

ClubhouseThere are coded locks on doors to this building as it is meant for use by our FamCampers and not by day users. This facility offers a book exchange program, VHS/DVD for camper use, board games, TV, and area information. |

PlaygroundA playground is available on the park grounds for your child's enjoyment. The playground includes slides, swings, and climbing structures. Please accompany young children at the playground. No pets are permitted within the playground area. |

Miscellaneous InformationPre-announced guests/visitors are allowed to attend functions taking place at theHoliday Park Pavilion, but it is up to the sponsor(s) to notify 62 SFS/SFA by letter NLT 2 weeks hours prior to the function or event. The letter must contain the sponsor's full information, a complete list of each guest's full name, location of the event and the time frame. Entry and exit are allowed through the Main Gate |
