Victim Advocates ProgramFor Soldiers and Family Members who are victims of domestic violence please call 253-966-SAFE (7233) to talk with a victim advocate. Victim advocates can offer restricted and unrestricted reporting options for domestic violence on a case by case basis. Victim Advocates are available 24 hours/7 days a week. |

JBLM New Parent Support ProgramThe New Parent Support Program (NPSP) is a professional team of social workers and registered nurses who provide no-cost, in-home parenting support and educational services to JBLM families with children ages 0 - 3 years. The program helps parents learn to cope with stress, isolation, post-deployment reunions and the everyday demands of parenthood. |

Home visiting servicesoffer parents the opportunity to improve their skills as parents and to learn some new skills. There are often many questions about children’s needs and what to do. The NSPS is a reliable source for parents. For more information about the program call 253-967-7409. |

The Victim Advocate Program provides comprehensive assistance and liaison to and for victims of Domestic Violence and or Sexual Harassment & Assault Response Prevention Program (SHARP). The program works cooperatively with military and civilian resources to adequately meet the needs of victims. Victim Advocates are on call 24/7 to assist Soldiers and Family members who are in need of assistance due to Domestic Violence and/or Sexual Harassment & Assault Response Prevention Program (SHARP) can be reached at 253-966-SAFE, 253-966-7233, or SHARP can be eached 24/7 at 253-389-8469. |

The Sexual Harassment and Assault Response Prevention Programreinforces the Army's commitment to eliminate incidents of sexual assault through a comprehensive policy that centers on awareness and prevention, training and education, victim advocacy, response, reporting, and accountability. Army policy promotes sensitive care and confidential reporting for victims of sexual harassment and assault and accountability for those who commit these crimes.
