Newcomers. One
of the most important things to consider as
you begin your move into the area is thatthe
school your child attends is based upon your
home address. On-post residents’ children
will attend
Clover Park
Schools. Off-post residents can register their
child with Child, Youth and School Services
at the central registration building located
at 12th St and BitarAve for a before and after
school program on Post. After that, the family
will receive a waiver to have the child attend
on-post schools. At times, there is a waiting
list, so there are no guarantees that the child
will be admitted to the program or the school.
Joint Base Lewis-McChord School Support Services
is here to make the transition into your new
school as smooth as possible. Should you have
any questions or concerns pertaining to K-12,
please do not hesitate to give us a call.
